Towngate Personnel is a major independent consultancy dedicated to recruitment for the hospitality industry throughout the UK and the Channel Islands. Established in 1988 we have developed a reputation for delivering a high quality, personable, results-based service built on the foundations of developing and nurturing long term relationships with clients and candidates alike.

To allow us to offer a bespoke service for the array of sectors the hospitality industry has, we provide dedicated and knowledgeable Consultants for each division, many who have years of real ‘hands on’ experience in the catering and hospitality industry themselves, giving them the perfect insight and understanding into the demands and pressures of the industry.

This knowledge puts us in perfect stead to engage with the client on their level, building a detailed understanding of their business and unique recruitment needs to provide the best personalised service possible.

Towngate Personnel founded by Directors Richard and Rita Goles, offering a nationwide recruitment service of permanent staff.

1988
 

Towngate Personnel become the largest and most successful recruiters of hospitality staff to the Channel Islands.

Towngate Temps division created offering short term qualified staff throughout the U.K.

Moved to larger offices and candidate base increases to over 100,000 hospitality industry specialists.
