RESTAURANT MANAGER FOR QUALITY OPERATION NEEDED! *** 2AA ROSETTES*** COUNTRY HOUSE HOTEL *** TEM LIVE IN*** 24K
We are looking for driven Restaurant Managers to take full charge over the award winning Restaurant operation within this stunning Country House Hotel!
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for up to 15 staff, their training, rotas and general performance.
This role would suit a strong Assistant Restaurant Manager with a proven track record in high quality, at least 1A Rosette establishments looking for the first step into a management position or a Restaurant Manager looking for a new challenge.
Your responsibilities include the smooth day to day running of the Restaurant and bar, assisting with the running of private functions, the general supervision and coaching of your staff and Duty Management.
