BARS, COFFEE SHOP AND RETAIL MANAGER - UP TO £25,000 - EXCELLENT COMPANY TO JOIN - BUSY AND VIBRANT HOTEL -

Our client is a charming 4 star Hotel close to the historical Sherwood Forest area of Nottinghamshire.

We are now looking to recruit for a Bars, Coffee Shop and Retail Manager to take full control over 30 Staff and the smooth running of a department creating an excess of £2m turnover per year.

Reporting to the General Manager, your day to day responsibilities and duties include:

• Responsibility for running of the retail department
• Driving revenue in excess of budgets
• Ensuring the safety of all who use the retail department and its facilities
• Maintaining the appropriate standard of cleanliness
• Ensuring all company policies and legislation are adhered to at all times
• Ensuring the guests receive a high standard of service at all times
• Managing all relevant staff within your division

The ideal Bars, Coffee Shop and Retail Manager comes from either the four star market or a busy high street environment. You will also be a team player as well as a role model for your work colleagues.

We are looking for driven individuals with a true passion for delivering a high standard of customer service as well as showing an understanding of maximizing business opportunities.

Salary Package
