Our client is truly stunning Guernsey Country House Hotel with a very reputable 80 Cover Restaurant as well as an alfresco dining area.
We are now looking for a Restaurant Manager with at least 2 years Head of Department experience to oversee the smooth running of the Restaurant, Bar, Lounge and alfresco dining.
We are looking for hands on Manager who will lead the dedicated F&B team and ensure that the best service is provided at any time.
This is a busy Restaurant Manager role and in return you will receive an excellent low tax as well as live in accommodation should you need it.
