RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR OR HEAD WAITER/ESS - NEAR GLOUCESTER - COUNTRY HOUSE HOTEL - UP TO 15K – LIVE IN
Our client is a small but fine Country House Hotel in the Cotswolds close to Gloucester and Cirencester with a 60 cover restaurant, busy bar open to residents and non residents and a number of function rooms.
Due to its idyllic, yet central location the hotel is also a very popular wedding venue.
We are now looking for a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor/ Head Waiter/ess to lead the restaurant team, improve service skills and provide first class service to our customers.
As Restaurant Supervisor/ Head Waiter/ess you will ensure the smooth day to day running if the Hotels busy dining rooms and oversee the service in the busy bar and lounge.
Salary is up to 15k and accommodation can be part of the salary package for the right person!
