ASSISTANT HOTEL MANAGER - FANTASTIC HOTEL - SEASIDE LOCATION - £20,000 LOW TAX PLUS ACCOMMODATION - YOUR JOB IN THE SUN!

Our client is a popular seaside hotel in the beautiful Channel Islands.

This small 4 star hotel, recently refurbished, boasts a busy brasserie style restaurant popular amongst residents, tourists and locals with a fantastic seaside location with stunning views.

With your versatile background in good quality 3 or 4star hotels you will be supporting the General Manager in the day to day running of the Hotel.

No day is going to be the same - Monday you may be running a busy function, Tuesday you may have to ensure the smooth operation of Reception and Front of House!

You should have worked in a HOD or Assistant Manager position before and have the ability to act calm under pressure.

Reporting to the General Manager you will supervise and motivate approximately 30 staff.
