Our client is a stunning 4* Hotel in close to the centre of Ipswich.

Hotel facilities include 100 spacious bedrooms, 80 cover restaurant, bar, lounge and extensive function facilities catering for aprox 60 weddings per year within its own, peaceful and walled gardens.

To strengthen the Management team and improve the existing service standards, we are now looking for a passionate and driven Food & Beverage Manager.

Reporting the General Manager you will ensure the smooth day to day running of the entire Food & Beverage operation. You will motivate, supervise and train up to 30 staff.

We are looking for a standard driven Manager with excellent man management skills, who will support the General Manager in improving the hotels standards, training of staff and making sure that every guest has an enjoyable stay!

The role has a lot of potential and after proving themselves to the company, the right candidate will have the opportunity to move into a number 2 position.

Salary offered around £20k, accommodation is available and could be part of the salary package!
