Our client is a charming 3* hotel located at the Devon coast.
The hotel has 60 well appointed bedrooms, a 60 cover Brasserie Restaurant and Bar with stunning coast view.
We are now looking for a restaurant Manager to oversee the day to day running of the busy dining room.
You will be supervising aprox 8 staff whilst ensuring every gust has an enjoyable stay!
Part of duties will be staff training, rotas and duty manager shifts.
The role could be an ideal first appointment for an Assistant Restaurant Manager with a proven track record, who is feeling ready for their next step!
