We are looking for a strong Food & Beverage Manager for this 4* deluxe Hotel in the beautiful Channel Islands.

The ideal Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for the running of a busy 2AA Rosette fine dining restaurant, terrace dining, several bars and the conference and banqueting operation and room service.
Within the role as Food & Beverage Manager you will be required to control costs, so experience of managing payroll of a large team would be desirable.
You will be responsible for recruitment, training and development of the Food & Beverage team (permanent and casual) and take an active role in their performance reviews.
Experience and understanding of menu creations and costing would also be an advantage.
In essence you must have proven experience to show that you can manage all Food & Beverage operations, which will involve:
• Health & Safety procedures
• Overheads and sales to deliver EBITDAR in line with budget
• Standards of food presentation and customer service
• Annual business plan and budget control
• Up-selling to enhance profit across all revenue centres
• Staffing levels and payroll control
• Training and development of staff
• Employee relations
• Be able to order stock efficiently and effectively
• Stock control
