We have a superb opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join a brigade of 6 chefs to work in the 2 rosette brasserie restaurant with in this 5 red star property.
The brasserie restaurant seats 70 covers with menus changing with seasons and only using the best quality ingredients, this is a great opportunity for a chef de partie who wants to keep learning and join a great kitchen team.
As Chef de Partie will also be required to maintain and improve a high quality whilst under pressure. A professional “can do “attitude is essential
There is temp live in available for this chef position should you need it, however after the initial two months you would be expected to live out.
