ASSISTANT CATERING/FOOD SERVICE MANAGER - BUSY 4 STAR HOTEL - EXCELLENT GROUP – HARROGATE -
Our client is a 4 star historic hotel which consists of nearly 150 bedrooms plus 7 large meeting rooms.
It has recently had a £6.8 million refurbishment project and they are now looking for an Assistant Catering/Food Service Manager to join their busy team.
The Assistant Catering/Food Service Manager duties will include reporting to the Catering/food Service Manager and supporting them in their duties both in the Restaurant and the Banqueting Department.
As well as the day to day running of the food service department and the staff below you, it is important that you are able to maintain the high standards of this friendly hotel.
The right candidate should have a strong 3 to 4 star background and have previous managerial or supervisory experience with in a hotel environment.
